Re: Rain Riding

I'd been wondering where my pinloc was for months. I found it the other day, on my helmet.......

Oddly though, my R100RS had a rear disk, and you couldn't lock the rear brake no matter what you did!
That's what I used to think too. Amazing what can happen when your life depends on it.

Re: ABS Test

No abs on my RS saved my ass a few months ago. I was able to skid the ass end out and pull a radical maneuver around a vehicle that shut the gate on me. Fully loaded RS too. I think frame flex helped me pull it off.

I hope you buy something to replace Tilly, Sibbo. Are you still looking for a smaller bike?

It's all fixable, but should be factored in down the road.

We're already a fair way down the road with these bikes. Maybe replacing the seats that replaced the dodgy seats might be getting factored in by now?

My progressives started leaking this weekend.
I will be shopping around for replacements.
How are the Ikons holding up Jeff?
Very well, considering the work out that they often get. Charlie has ikons too

Re: PICTURE OF YOUR BIKE/BIKES

I can see your dilemma man, white snowflakes are so unnatural.
I'd vapor blast them and powder coat clear, or some other protective coating.
Snowflakes are strong wheels.
