His headlamp bulb was running on 8 volts for sure.

I would change to a synthetic regardless. Many of the fork internal wear parts are no longer available from BMW. They need to last as long as possible.

Yes it is. Nice guy, but between running the shop and being an AirMarshal for the ABC he seems completely worn out to me.

To me about the only parts on there you'd ever be able to sell or use would be the valve covers, starter, alternator and diode board.
