I have a Marc Parnes product that I don’t want and can’t use. It is up for free. I think that I once knew what it was for. Something about balancing carbs on a K bike.......... maybe. It is two knurled collars that are about an inch in diameter with a hole that is about 6 mm in diameter. A set screw attaches it to something in order to turn it.
These were made by the guy that makes the very good wheel balancer.
