Broken Clock

Post by kutter » Wed Mar 26, 2014 4:08 am

The clock on my 1985 R80 died.
Has been replaced with a digital chinese clock
around $20(supposedly waterproof).
Slight modifications to the original harness.
Also rewired voltmeter direct to battery
using relay. Now shows approx 1v higher
than original harness and agrees with DMM
at the poles. New Motobatt battery has
two +ve and two -ve terminals. Very handy.

Howdy kutter.
Go to edit, cut the lot, then open a similar thread in "Post 1970 Airheads" 'cause a good thread deserves some readers.viewtopic.php?f=16&t=4945
