Off Road Riding Gear

Post by Curt Henry »

Getting packed up for a weekend of off road riding. Not taking a GS but my Yamaha TT600N. Riding gear, Thor MX Boots, Thor Core 7 jersey and pants, Thor knee & elbow guards, and Thor roost protector. Planning to stop at Dennis Kirk to pick up a new MX type helmet and Scott goggles.

The well dress dirt bike rider!

I'm jealous! Have a great time, take pictures, and get back
home in one piece, you and the bike.

I will ride sometimes on one, sometime on two, sometimes the bike will lie down on it's side and rest.

Yes, that is an important part of trail riding.
They often like to rest on the sides of long steep hills. Why I've even seen them get right off the track and rest.
It is an ideal time for the rider to become more intimate with his predicament surroundings and make an educated choice as to where to go.
If possible. ;)
