If you want to see a particular theme of pictures posted start a thread for it. Your pictures just MIGHT end up on the Boxerworks front page in the Gallery slideshow. That said, the RULES are as follows.....

I can see your dilemma man, white snowflakes are so unnatural.
I'd vapor blast them and powder coat clear, or some other protective coating.
Snowflakes are strong wheels.

Thanks ME. I'm trying to figure out if these white wheels were originally powder coated. If so, it'll be costly to remove and re-powder coat. The other option is to paint, but I'll have to sand down the clear coat which will be labor intensive. Dilemma, dilemma!

Didn't the R65 LS come standard with white snowflakes?

The candy red one in the first year at least, but they weren't snowflakes. They were a Y spoke precursor to the later K bike wheels.

The ones on my R65 is stock, so I assume it came white from BMW.
