When I saw the K scrambler I immediately thought of Paul Rooney of Rooney Tunes. Looking closer at the photo I saw Pauls ID sticker. Paul lives just down the road from me and is highly regarded for his very off road BMWs. These are some of the tastiest off roaders I've ever laid eyes on. I don't know why BMW hasn't enlisted him to design for them.

The front mounting of the engine on that bike with the frame made of rectangular tubing is something I had been wondering about. It looks like it works for him - offroad. I wonder if they did any reinforcing to the timing case?
