New to the Shed

Post by grant81rs »

Gidday,

The 94 K1100LT is no more, my straight back days are long gone as I picked up this very nice, extremely original 94 K1100RS with only 70,000km in Australia during the week.
Full service detailed history and I'm very bloody happy - Cheers

Gidday,

Yep its spotless and everything like new.

Only needs new tyres, well they are roadworthy and really like new but the front is 18 years old and the rear is 10 years, so for peace of mind, out they go, something I would not risk.

The ABS 2 is flashing oddly but I have a faults reading device which I run over the bike last night and everything came up good with no codes showing, so the battery is down a little. Sluggish batteries and ABS units do not mix well so that is an easy fixer.

Oh and the bloody tool kit is missing so please keep those eyes and ears peeled as I'm on the hunt for an original complete kit, any info would be great so just call out if you see one in your travels.

Crikey, Grant - another shiny thing in your shed. I'll bet that is fun to ride. Well done.
