Bar on bike is not tighten just put on for pictures.

No need to weld! It comes with S/S Screws & Nuts.

Checking here to see if anybody is down for a group buy

could come either raw or painted gloss black.

Any Questions Please let me know... Thanks, Mak.

I like the fact that they are removable for maintanence. Who makes them and what kind of $$ are we talking about??
I have seen weld on and another style of braces, the bolt in was in the $200 range.

Why do you think that you need them?

Are you telling us that an old airhead can be ridden so hard that anyone other than a Moto GP star could possibly notice any discernable difference by fitting these?

I am not against modifying old bikes if the mods are useful but you would benefit more by upgrading brakes and shocks on it if you feel you need to ride as hard as you can. Far beter value for money.

Now where did i put my magnetic, fuel consumption optimiser which gives me a guaranteed 45% improvement on MPG.
I have actually bought 3 of them and i find that i have to be careful that the tank doesn't overflow such are the improvements that this gadget has given me.
If you want to be able to ride that hard, get some lessons at a race track school or do some track days as that will DEFINITELY make more difference to ability to go faster
My other bike is a Guzzi

More importantly, I fail to see what bracing from the center of one frame member to the center of another could possibly accomplish.

Wealth creation, Major.

The fit of the brace at the front is terrible, looking at one of the photos

Hola, Mak. It's good to see you got the bars. Did you know you were buying them from me?

Those are some that I bought quite some time ago. I had them powdercoated and gathered up some really nice SS hardware for them, as they came with funky bolts/nuts and thin washers. I'm glad you like them.

I had decided to use weld on braces. When I use the weld on braces, they go from the lower end of the front main gusset back to just above the swing arm pivot housing. There is some triangulation with that set-up. I think that is what Major Softie is talking about when he says it goes from the center to the center. I had never installed those braces. I did make them look purdy, though.
