Some re-organization taking place.
First up: one set of barbacks 2" up, 1 1/2" back w/ mounting hardware.
Good shape, don't know manufacturer. I'll have to email pics upon request.
I paid $65 w/ shipping (US) on fleabay a while back; if this seems unreasonable, make an offer.

These will fit all standard airhead top plates, but I am not 100% certain about your specific application .
