I rode my GS from ATL, did the rally racing clinic and was a volunteer course marshal.
Super fun. If you ever want to see bikes and cars rally racing or do it yourself here's the first event of the season.

GS Challenge anyone?

A few years ago I got a sweet old R100GS bumblebee with the intended purpose of entering the GS Challenge with the hopes of being picked for the U.S. GS Trophy team. Making the team is a pretty tall order but finding out where I stack up next to all the Challenge entrants is what I'm really curious ...

the fairing lowers is a good point, it is hard to get inside that cover but just how often does one have to maintain the points on a well maintained bike?

after being stranded by aftermarket electronic ignition units on old Airheads I finally got around to understanding what I was missing. Maintaining the stock ignition system, the bean can in this case & IMO is a great system requiring little maintenance is kind of fool proof once you spend just ...

I has questions. Is your bean can set up broken or inoperable? Why swap to electronic ignition unless your doing some kind of racer or high performance set up? What do you expect to gain from changing ignition systems?

Howdy, Ive got the bits to install R80G/S monoshock pegs on my R100GS paralever. Has anyone done this previously? It appears that everything swaps I just haven't figured out how to make the springs work. Can anyone provide me with any details or maybe a picture of their R80G/S foot peg assembly plea...

My 2000 Saab 9-3 Turbo? Its cool, It has good working cruise control and cold AC, and it blends into the crowd well. 3 things my old 88 900T didn't do well at all.
