I had a 5 or 10hp leaf blower engine seize on me when i was a kid. I'll never forget that sound.

Sometimes it's advisable to just stand back and say " Wow, what a really neat sow's ear!" and forget all about the silk purse thing. But for that money, I'm wanting the very best in sow's ears!

Thanks, I met him several years ago at Mid-Ohio. He was quite approachable for a man of his accomplishments. I've seen a few other racers of much lesser stature who treated themselves like deities. John is one of the greats.
