Plan B
Ken in okla makes really pretty musical instruments, so next spring pack up the old steering wheel, fly to Oklahoma city, I'll pick you up, I have a spare bike, we'll go to the Boxerworks spring rally, and watch Ken build you a new steering wheel. or Larry fix it could repair your's

I'm liking plan B alot, a real lot.... But dont' know if the family would understand me holidaying aboard without them :(

I'm also liking plan A about Chuey making one up.....
Chuey what would one cost me to have you make it up??, I could post the metal section over to you as I would be nice to have done by a person I know and your work to very nice :D

I am going to start looking around here in Oz for one but from what I have seen they are all just a stuffed as mine.

The metal section of mine is very good and the horn works a treat to but as far as a repair goes the wood is very soft and falling apart easily and I would say non repairable.....

Something to think about Chuey

Chuey - I, too, am looking for some circular woodwork to be done.

I would like a circular frame to hold a 12" LP picture disk, that I would hang from the ceiling so it could freely rotate and show both sides. Here is the album in question:

What a wonderful idea your blog is Grant, and well laid out and good to read.
Wayne would be impressed I'm sure.
Keep up the good work!

I love the car. Your Dad was right. Rub it down with some diesel and head down the road.

Its no wonder that the steering wheel broke, it is on the wrong side of the car.

Honestly, you have a good start. I like the style and the family connection. Keep us posted.
