Well, I've seen such a thread elsewhere and it has promise for recording our ongoing antics, big or small, airhead or whatever.
Today I assembled a RS fairing to hang in my loungeroom back shed. It's been in a box for a few years and I wanted to remember what its condition was like. It's not perfect, but it's pretty good.
I do need to buy the upper fairing attachment screws that fasten the big cheeks to the upper centre piece and the other screws that hold it together. Anyone know the correct description of these?

I also refitted a chain to my chainsaw. Twice. They don't work so well back to front.
Hi to all , what i did today in the shed was to take 99 pictures of spare parts that a forum member is interested in buying. Will be glad to see some of the parts go , they've been archived for far to long. Well Steve atleast your not the only one who has done that , me included, actually gave mine a polish the other day and looks like new again and back in it's stihl carry case. Wasps around this place will get into everthing if not covered over.

I've been making the shed! This should be ready for the coming winter:
The goal is to have a nice quiet space free of sawdust and swarf.
Call me Mel. Some years ago- never mind how long precisely- having little or no money in my purse, and nothing particular to interest me at home, I thought I would ride about a little and see the other parts of the world.
I spend time daily in my "shed" so to speak. I am living with my old dealership manager and he has a barn. I use it to store and list my extra stuff.
Today I will take several boxes down from the barn attic and sort through and give the old clothing to Goodwill. I will just keep enough to take care of my needs for a couple of years.
A lot of the rest will be donated to the upcoming block yard sale. The local children will enjoy selling lots of my tools and getting the money for them.
Gave away one car and now the other, a Subaru Outback, needs a new home.
