Test fitting some junk.
4 inch chopper headlight which will have LED globe in it and be the passing light/running light.
Small fly screen made from a pot belly stove flu cover.
I love using old junk.
When I put the Suzuki Er185 bars on the other day the right throttle cable had to be moved out from under the tank to make the reach.
This caused problems. I think it was stretching the cable and throwing out the sync.
Today new "high" bar cables came in. Fitted them up this evening. Made sure they both ahd the same amount of free play. Start the bike and she is purring again.
I love airheads.
Can't help myself... I bought an old chopper seat. When I bought this bike I think I said I wanted to make it a brat-tracker type thingie. I have a brat seat for it now.
So I have the thin choppper (brat) seat and when I want to take my wife on the back I can put the old /6 seat back on.
Ross, without fluffy dice that seat will not work at all. The bike will look half-arsed instead of bad-ass. You could get two sets for pleasing symmetry, with each pair dangling from the outboard tips of the handlebar or just one pair dangling from the screen over the instrument binnacle. You can choose white dots on black or black dots on white.
I'm in two minds on that choice.
