WHAT? All that awesome 1200cc of power makes you tremble?gspd wrote:I'm afwaid, vewy afwaid.
Or is it? That you would have to polish for years to get that GSPG trademark look iffin it were yours?

Those mag cases are an absolute bitch to keep shiny! What were the carbs on that one? The manifolds don't look like they would clear a VW shroud. Was it a dedicated conversion carb kit?00weel wrote:WHAT? All that awesome 1200cc of power makes you tremble?gspd wrote:I'm afwaid, vewy afwaid.

Ooohh! Using the EDIT button in the time allotted! Looks like a cut down stock manifold mit carb flanges welded on and a coupla 28 PICTs or 26 PCIs. Neat!
Call me Mel. Some years ago- never mind how long precisely- having little or no money in my purse, and nothing particular to interest me at home, I thought I would ride about a little and see the other parts of the world.

Hey Mel,
This bike was a Rosema built bike. He built less than 10. This bike was a total BLAST to ride!
So friggin cool I should have NEVER sold it. The air ducts to the air box were all hand made. Rosema was a master sheet metal guy. I never polished it. Just rode it and serviced it as needed. I could start it by hand (gspd style) it would tune up so well. I sold it to a collector with the Steib attached. Caught a lot of hell for it too for letting it go outside the USA! I sold it to a guy in OZ! It's now in a private collection down there in good hands.
