Hello gocytocis, welcome.

Lots of good info here, and just because sometimes we I don't know what we're I'm talking about, you shouldn't be put off.
I'm one of the more sensible ones here, and often find it a full time job trying to keep the nonsense to a minimum.

Nice bike too, btw.

Haha, well I certainly don't carry a lot of credentials myself.

I am not a mechanic, but I am proud to say that I have NEVER taken a bike to the shop for repairs before. Somehow I've always managed to get back on the road myself with minimal hand tools and a shop manual, oh and yea, a lot of blood, sweat & tears! :D

Welcome! And just so you can see us at our best, what oil and what tires do you favor?
Call me Mel. Some years ago- never mind how long precisely- having little or no money in my purse, and nothing particular to interest me at home, I thought I would ride about a little and see the other parts of the world.

Tell us about the unique experience of riding a "Toaster" as compared to a "standard."

Haha, well I certainly didn't mean to offend anyone with my first thread! Just to be safe, henceforth I shall cease any reference to a Triumph as a "Bathtub", a Harley as a "Batwing", and a Suzuki as a "Gixxer"! ;)

Welcome to the "home" from all of us. Don't worry, we won't let you down with our ability to offer up really great technical advice. What we don't know, we just make it up with confidence and bluster.
Ask the Indians what happens when you don't control immigration.
