That looks like a stock frame--that one may be just a seat, tank, rear wheel, bars and rearsets away for any Sportster. And a damn shame HD doesn't make one like that. If this doesn't exude a hipster vibe, the way they are marketing the Sportster nowadays, I don't know what does.

Edit: the passenger pegs were unsprung, being extensions of the rear axle.
Passenger accommodations were truly an afterthought on this bike - as it should be.
