R1100 Valve cover bolt removal

I need to take the valve cover bolts/sleeves combination out of a damaged cover.
How do you get these rubber sleeves (and bolts) loose from the cover?

I'm pretty sure they just slip in. After being in there a long time they just don't come out easily. It's been quite a few years since I replaced a valve cover, but I'm pretty sure the inserts were just stuck on there from heat and time.

Thanks. You are correct......the rubber sleeves just "pop" out from the inside with the bolts attached.....
