I don't have a balance stand, and my dealer where I buy tires says, my snowflake wheel won't fit onto his Snap On balancer.

So I'm going to try this method:

They also sell pre filled tubes.

Be suspicious... be very suspicious. The same effect was claimed for 'slime' type products and the manufacturers were forced to remove the claim when it was proved to be a load of ballcocks. Just think of all of the forces that affect spheres lying freely in the inside of a tyre... is it really credible to think that the relatively small forces caused by a minor imbalance would be capable of counteracting all of the other forces to position the 'beads' in exactly the right spot and keep them there?

Thumbs UP for Mark Parnes balancer. Easily portable, and works just as well on a fancy stand as it does between 2 motel room chairs.
Balancing a wheel on its bearings and seal is a waste of time. There is too much friction for any degree of accuracy. Anyhow. many motorcycle wheels don't have bearings in them.

Thumbs DOWN for any type of bead or liquid balancers, THEY DON'T WORK.
They should be stored on the same shelf as "RAD-STOP-LEAK", "MUFFLER BANDAGE", "COMPRESSION IN A CAN", "DISCOUNT RAINSUIT" and all those other products that never work but everybody tries anyway before doing things properly.

For what it's worth, I knocked up a balancer some years ago from some surplus (repurposed) rectangular tube, some angle iron and four professional skateboard bearings. it works very well and makes balancing simple. I'd guess it cost me less than a gb£20 and half a day to make... It's paid for itself a dozen times since.
