This is what I use. Claims to meet Military Spec. P-P-560B for cleaning and polishinf aircraft canopys.

I've used the two Meguiars products, and, although they work well, I don't get a final gloss near as nice as Cee Bailey's polish, but I don't see it on their site anymore, only their spray Cleaner/Polish. The polish I have of theirs is a flesh colored cream. Guess I'm gonna have to ration it now.

REALLY grungy or just a bit tatty?
(maybe some of those bulllet-hole decals is what you need...)

That "flesh colored cream" sounds exactly like the Honda finish restorer I use on my faceshields and car headlights. Works like a charm!

Don't laugh but when i built plastic models to buff up perplex canopys on plane models we use toothpast. Or Tamyia Buffing compound.

Toothpaste is plausible...it contains very fine abrasives and I knew guys in the army who used it to polish Corfram (ultra-shiny synthetic imitation patent leather) shoes.
