The spacer must suit gaiters that have the same i.d. top and bottom?
My gaiters are smaller at the top and suit the fork diameter.

Mine aren't the real thick sturdy ones, more a thin and flexible number. They've been on for a while, and are holding up ok so far.

My gaiters are about ten years old and look new.(3193903R). (also suits R45/65, R80GS and ST) I got them from Munich Motorcycles. I note they also sell a 'thin' type.
They also sell gaiters requiring the spacer, and list them as 3193901R
