Just to be clear, the AJS 7R "Boy Racer" was so called because of its relative affordability when compared to the more expensive 350cc Manx Norton, and as such bears no relation to the same term when applied to over-enthusiastic adolescent drivers.

as Most found out the why and way some build the SWB was responsible for the wobble problem

rear trunk mostly, then unbalanced saddle bags so when one beame bored and removed those pieces a New bike

BUT some wobble came from the form that they came from...........

I mostly figured the problem was the Subframe attachment, the lack of a top motor mount, then the Fit of the front axle in the early /5

as frame parts, forks and Axles became beefer they returned to the SWB, so the subframe thats on sale worth it.....

the R65 Subframe I'm useing has a countersunk top bolt and tighter fit on the lower bolts

I'm useing a early barn find SWB Swingarm the fit and alignement looks good..................... Street racer
