Unfortunately, that doesn't tell us anything about the higher heat application of the heads. Course, if jj tries it, they we can ALL find out! :mrgreen:

My guess is that not many will try it on the heads, or the barrels, as it'd be a tedious application rubbing it in down amongst the fins. I was surprised to read someone had had a go at the barrels. I think he used a tooth brush to apply it. I doubt I'd have the patience.

Just an update. I had the heads vapor blasted and i think they got pretty close to matching the Siebenrock cylinders. It appears to me the cylinders are painted a bit. I wish Siebenrock disclosed more information (in English) about their materials.

They look spectacular, and better than the new barrels, but near enough for it to look great.
