Bleeding Rear Brake on RS driving me crazy!!!!

You could prolly use it for brake fluid.

A small trick to get the bleed nipples at 12 o'clock on the rear caliper.
1. Disconnect the torque arm from the caliper.
2. Loosen the axle clamp nut at the end of the swing-arm brake side.
3. Caliper should now swing to where the nipple is highest.
4. Proceed with bleed.

Darryl. I had the same problem after rebuilding MY R100s rear brake cylinder this past winter. I wore myself out pumping the pedal and reaching over the seat to operate the bleed screw.
Finally I figured a way to wedge the pedal down (like tieing the front lever!) as hard as I could and left it. As I was going skiing for a week, THAT was no problem. When I got back, the brakes worked FINE.
Overnight is probably enough.

As in.. " the bleedin' gen light stays on all the time!"
So the thread subject really should be "Bleeding the bleedin' Rear MC on my RS......."
