Since you are running a GS-type exhaust, I take it you won't be keeping the saddlebags or mounts.
Those will bring you a few hundred (or more) to offset your shock and Y collector. I see they are the most-desirable tumbler-lock type that can be keyed the same as the ignition key.

I have to get that info for you..

Here's a few pictures i took this weekend.

Just installed some header heat shield.

Do anyone know if the early R80 steering damper works on 85-87 up R80 model?

You need the 22mm unfortunately. The handlebar furniture won't quite fit around the 7/8's set and you chance breaking them as you fasten them on. Try them first though. You never know your luck.
