The R100S is about as good as can be. I have lavished mucho love on "Beck". Mostly little deferred maintenance issues like a bad rear brake light switch, no horn and fluid changes. May need to put some fuel in it though.justoneoftheguys wrote:montmil wrote: Gonna do any work on the R100?
Think "tank bag" (large).montmil wrote:No fairing or shield on the "S" but I'll survive the wind.
Already have one that's about the size of an Army combat ruck. Planning on tucking behind it when the wind gets too annoying. In the way back days, I did several long trips on my 1953 Triumph wearing an open face helmet. Too dumb to know I wasn't having a good time.justoneoftheguys wrote:Think "tank bag" (large).montmil wrote:No fairing or shield on the "S" but I'll survive the wind.
Don't know Rob. I sent an individual email to Larry about a week ago and I haven't heard anything back. We really need him there. Otherwise somebody else will have to work on the bikes, and it just wouldn't be the same.justoneoftheguys wrote:Speaking of which, are Larry and Mrs. Fixit coming?
