I didn't even think about deciding, or not deciding. We always had so many bent up lower clamps around that it was a natural thing to just cut one up.

Now I am prevented from not inventing the one using angle stock, someone beat me to it by inventing it. Look at all of the wonderful inventions that prevented me from deciding to not invent them. I am sure that there are still many things not yet invented, so I can decide if I wish to invent them or not.
Ask the Indians what happens when you don't control immigration.

You can still not invent it second.

You can still not invent it second.
You can also decide not to invent an improved version.
