I can still remember seeing a rider taking a break on his brand new red one as I rounded the north end of Geist Reservoir and was headed south on my still fairly young R65. This was back before they built houses and shopping centers around it. Wooded and peaceful. He looked so smart with his leather covered arms folded, taking in the view.
That is how I will always remember the LS.
