Just woken up from a long snooze, and feeling a bit better. Ive been in d=bed all day trying to shake off this chest cold.
I was feeling a bit apprehensive about heading off into wet and cold weather while I was still crook... Oh well, just have to look forward to another ride soon.

No worries Jeff and Charlie,
Yes there always a next time and buggar the bloody weather as i won't get to use my large "fish Filleting" bench hanging off the back of the bike....
Well that only leaves one thing to do this weekend and that is to submerge myself in dads workshop, start up the old chevy and drive it around yard, I'll still need my rain coat for that though......

Yeah, we had heavy rain on thurday arvo, but today, friday, is a beautiful day, just like thursday morning. I've got my panniers on the lounge room floor getting packed up and ready for an 8 AM start in the morning. I'll see everyone that's coming around lunch time.

Taken the arvo off work and been cleaning my bike and have learned a lesson ...
never never never leave Tumbarumba clay on your sickle for so many months ...
It is now one with the machine.
So I gave up. The bike will get grotty again getting to Guyra I am sure.
I just like to start out polished.
GOOD NEWS- I recharged the battery and put it back and it and fired first kick!
Thats a good girl.

Home from work just now. Fuel tank filled. Starting to pack gear. Hope tomorrow is as nice as today is up here on the Central Coast.
