Yes Rob is correct, however for zjacker's benefit I did allude incorrectly in an earlier post that the axle entered from the 'wrong' side, this was due to brain fade on my behalf that night.
Monos have completely different bearing and front axle arrangements to older airheads, it is much more simple and a genuine improvement. I had an old R80/7 with an RS fairing years ago, and that was a complicated and fiddly (plus being rather a tank in comparison) device.
I still wish I had my ST though......I see it's still registered on DVLA!
