We had a lot of fast 2-stroke bikes come to Canada in the '80's, they went on into the '90's, and you still see one once in a while.
Most common was the Yamaha RZ350. There was even a race class called "RZ Cup" where the bikes had to be stock and the tyres were spec also. The RZ350 was
the squid bike for street racers.
Then came the RZ500 (4 cyl.), Suzuki RG500 (4 cyl.), and the Honda NS400 (3 cyl.).
With the exception of the RZ500 these bikes handled well. Once they had been fitted with stingers and re-jetted they were quite something.
I've spent most of my money on women, motorcycles, and beer.
The rest of it I just wasted.
