How about you get one of those spark testers that go inline on the plug wire, and flashes a bulb when there's fire. Ride it , shut it off, restart, try to duplicate the failure and find out for sure if it spark or not. Intermittent, to me, is almost always electrical.

Fingers crossed, but this morning with everything buttoned up it started easily. No choke. It's a warm 24C here right now, maybe a little more in the shed.

I'll ride it to work this arvo and see how it goes.

All seems good now. :)
I rode to work but the idle was silly high. Adjusted that and then again a bit on the way home. Started easy enough each time and ran ok.
