E-10 Gas

Hello all, when running E-10 (the only available fuel in my location), should the tank be drained and oiled when storing for the winter?
I know E-10 goes bad faster than pure gasoline and will separate in time as water is absorbed from the air.
This year I was thinking about draining the tank in addition to just the carbs. I have no rust or corrosion in the fuel system to date, but want to keep it that way.

I would drain the carbs, fill the tank right to the brim (no air), and seal the vent(s).

It's all E10 here and I live in a humid (Seattle style winters, despite my California location) (Yes, I lived in Seattle and am speaking from experience) climate. On my last ride of the season, I fill the tank a couple miles from home and add Startron stabilizer. When I get home, I change the oil and pop the floatbowls off and drain them right into the tank. Then I leave the bike for six months, usually with the battery out and on a trickle charger.

Springtime, it fires right up and runs great every time. I haven't had a problem with running through the six month old gas yet, but I'm reassured when I have the first fill up each spring.

I also hear that Startron works. Longer than six months and I'm draining the tank and oiling.

Although north Texas winters generally allow year-round riding, I alternate between three bikes. When I park one for a while, it's with Sta-Bil added and tank filled. I keep the two I'm not riding on a battery tender. All start immediately when needed.

Thanks! I have used Stabil 360 marine. It appeared to not cause any issues. I have been dumping the fuel in the carb bowls and spraying with WD40 also. It would be nice to be able to get regular alcohol free gas somewhere close...
