Two years ago a 50th birthday tribute celebration for the Slash Five airheads was announced here in Oz. Covid intervened of course, but now it has happened and here are a few pics.

And this one has been seen all over the country. Last time I asked it had covered over half a million miles:

It was worth the 1300km round trip to get a fix of airhead goodness.

Blayney? Was that Mal with the hat on? I was talking to Ian (equipo5) today and we mentioned this ride. We couldn't remember when it was on.

Hope it was a dry ride!

Yep, Blayney. And that is Mal under the hat.

Bob, Pete and I stayed with Mal and Jo at their new place near Bathurst. The weather was perfect for the long ride and activities.
