Here is a good story about the hit-n-run of a parked bike. Enjoy!

The other day I met a woman, she'was a biggun, 600 pounds. Well maybe not 600, but at least 500.
She was no match for my F truck tho'

As I was walking back to my truck at the local hardware store, I heard a crunch and looked around to see that said heifer backed out of her parking spot and hit another car.
She got out and had a quick look at the damage and then got back into her car and drove back into the spot she had previously left.
I kept walking to my truck, got in, started 'er up, backed out of my spot and sat, watching, waiting.

After a coupla minutes, sure enough! reverse lights!

She backed out again (without hitting the car again) and proceeded to drive towards my crouching F truck.
I drove towards her and stopped, blocking her escape. I motioned to her to pull back into a parking space but she played dumb. So I motioned again that I saw her hit the other car......still playing dumb, so I got out and told her to go inside the store.
She started to move forward to get around my truck so I jumped back in and blocked her again.
Giving up, she drove into a parking spot and got out.
I also got out and gave her a speel about what she should have done, leave her name, address, phone number and license number.
"I was going to the police station" she said.............................

All this time I had the police on the phone............

Anyways, I got her to go back into the store and call the owner of registration number xxx xxx

At this point, she's really pissed at me. "Who are you, anyway??" she said.

I said " I'm just someone who saw you back into someone's car and attempt to drive off"
Her mannerisms throughout the encounter were not those of a person with honest intent.
I left when the owner of the other car arrived at the front of the store, and I introduced him to the biggun.

Merry Christmas.

As a side note. The story mentioned above is part of the book collection in the website you were directed to. I have the majority of those books and I recommend them. They are written by a motorcyclist and based on actual events. *Disclaimer: I know the author; or at least have ridden with the author and have shared a meal or two with him.

ME109, I would have done the same thing.

I doubt that her size made a difference. Plenty of thin people do that kind of thing. As a matter of fact, I've said things to very attractive people who have parked in no parking zones and guess what? They're only going to "be a minute". Oh, that and they give me a disgusted look when they are confronted. You know, as if I'm somehow the one caught doing wrong.

It's either you are lacking in social graces, or you don't know enough to "mind your own business" - or both!

I hate people, too.

The ones that really bother me are those that park illegally in "handicapped" parking spaces.
My sister-in-law had the best line - she tapped on the driver's window and said -
"These spaces are only for physically handicapped people."
