Ya I saw it last fall when they first got it. It's a 1956 R26. I am pretty sure I talked to it's owner out in Oak Bay about five years ago. Sadly I lost his phone number, apparantly it ended up for sale by the divorcing wife. :(

Considering big Harleys make women think small pecker, I guess she must have divorced him for being huge! ;)

I was looking at a late 60s Triumph 650 in similar condition for sale locally. Eventually I noticed that it was missing the two crank case halves and the crank shaft. Um, I passed.

Yep is takes a while to go through a basket case to see what is there. It is amazing what one can miss.

That was listed just last year, I think. Yep - May 29th. I saved the picture to my hard drive because I thought it was neat.
Same seller or a flipper?
