It looks to be a 150 degree twin to me, just not angled in the conventional plane. The crank arrangement must be very interesting.

You should see the integral crash bars on the 2011 Victory cruisers. Factory demo guy says they are called rollover bars, or something...implying to protect bike in stopped or slow fall-overs. Have bosses for forward footrests and "wings" (wind deflectors).
