Hot Diggity Dawg! With all the lightening that's been done, I kinda surprised to see a kick and centerstand tho... What kind of carbs are those?

Who would want that? There seem to be an awful lot of parts missing....

Looks ok, but some things just dont add up.

Tiny spring on shock must be pretty stiff , coil mounted out in the weather isnt going to cope with much rain, stiff forks,, big sticky tires but no visible frame bracing, other than to hold up the seat, etc, etc.

They look like Kehin FCR race carbs , good / top power on a race engine, but expensive.

What's my problem?

I would take a dead stock r90s over that any day.
There was obviously a lot of time, money and TLC invested in this bike.
But when I look at it I just see a big effin mess:

YUK! There's NO excuse for that. Sorry.

Oh man, what's that color? Oh, I know.........Daytona Orange......on a cafe racer. I like the look!

That wall in back of the bike, that's in Ritmo Sereno in Japan. I want to make my living room walls like that. I haven't found corregated metal quite like that. I have a whole plan for it. This picture may prompt me to resume the search.

Hey SteveD, remember your query on the old forum called "Name this carb"?

Well, check out this R65 G/S I found on that same website at this Mag. beemer:

I inserted a better res picture there...

I'd still take it! It doesn't have to be perfect. Sunny Sundays only, never on dirt. I've never had a bike that I treated like that...even my ol' Ducati.

Rob, those carbs look almost sinister.
edit: speeling.

For some reason, when I look at that bike, I am reminded of the Terminator in the first movie after it's skin is burned off.
