After that we either go foither noith, and then west down the Darling river, or North east to lesser traveled (by us) areas.

Big days on the bikes in sometimes endless plain country, almost always ending in an excellent fire and feast somewhere.
The accomodation at the racetrack dining room is first class, with the tables being among the best I've slept on.
We've camped there three times now. Good fun.
