If it were closer I'd be interested. But I bet it would cost what the restored bike is worth to make it right. Looks rough. If the frame and forks were determined to be straight....

I've restored worse.
If the engine's sound, and it's low mileage is genuine, it wouldn't need much work to get it running. You'd need to budget for a new seat, new spokes and paint but the frames on these bikes were well painted and usually survive well. I'd envision spending a couple of thousand (UKP) to get the obvious work done, so depending on the purchase price it could be a good buy. It's even got the unobtanium curved stalk mirrors.

Pshew, I am so glad that bike is far away! First, I don't want to spend the thousands of dollars it will surely go for, but mostly because I can only imagine the unpleasant surprises that await the buyer. Plus, there must have been some major problem that led to the bike's current location.
