ID this rack part from an RT

I recently picked up an RT and this rack was installed, with nothing else attached to it. Can anyone ID it? It's stamped "430" on one side, but that's the only mark on it....thanks for your help!

It's the base stay to an old Reynolds 430 backrest/luggage rack combo. Google "Reynolds 430 motorcycle rack" and a link to one being sold on EBay will pop up. Looks like the 430 was for the mono shock bikes.
