How much will I pay for a new fuel pump for one of these? thanks

A LOT. You can check online dealers as well as anyone else can. In the U.S., MAX BMW shows it as $408. These show up on Ebay a lot, so I would be looking for used if I were you. K75's, K100's, and K1100's all use the same pump for about 15 years.
