I have a question about my Speedo-Tack. Last week I was riding my K1100 and I noticed that the tack was
rising on the slow side, NOT keeping up with the R.P.M's. My first thought was... S--t clutch is slipping. But when I
turned off the bike the tack read that it was turning 4,000rpm. what do I do first??

Gidday Bob,

Take your time and clean all the connections on the system, the speedo comes apart and off the bike easily so give that and go and look for corrosion and wire damage...

I stumbled my was through and speedo fault and found these sites very helpful, but in the end my speedo was just stuffed.
