help with hot rodding my 75/6

im looking for a shop to do some work on my 1971 R75/6 - I have done a bit of work on the bike to cafe it. However I lack the BMW skills to take the motor up a notch or two.
It is a great bike but is set on tour from a speed stand point.
Can any of you offer some ideas on what might be a good set up to get more power - normally I would do the head, fit the engine with cams and bore it a bit- as well as making sure it is back together well. I prefer torque on my bikes. I would prefer not to take the motor too far- it was a really nice toaster before I got my hands on it.
Thanks
Ron
