Gidday Fellas,

I wanted you all to see this link below but I did not know where to post it, so sorry about that.
I am not in any way asking for donations so please don't get me wrong as when dad was sick a few months back you were all great with the calls and emails you sent through, that meant more to me and my family than anything but I just wanted you to see what I got into and how it has snowballed along.....
I signed up our family under "The Wayne Fowler Crew" and I threw in $57 to get the ball rolling, thinking that if I could raise $1000.00 that would be fantastic, then we as a family would go along on the night in Melbourne on September 15th which is my 43rd birthday and take part in the "Light The Night" Leukaemia Foundation Walk in memory of dad and keep his candle burning.....
I told my brother about it who is in the corporate end of town in Melbourne after I signed us up and he jumped right on it, he upped the "Team Goal" which I was a little embrassed about to tell you the truth then he cracked the whip with phone calls and emails to his business contacts.....

The response was amazing!! family, friends, our business contacts, everyone!! A Wonderful Effort...

Have a look if you wishes, Dad would be grinning from ear to ear :)

Once again thank you all

Had a great night down in Melbourne for the "Light the Night" walk, weather was kind and heaps for people turned out to take part, in the end our team "The Wayne Fowler Crew" raised $21,512.00 - top team for that state......

Here are a few pix of the night

Cousins, family and friends gathered around with mum 3rd from left

That's it now for me, it's been 3mths since dad passed away and I now need to start letting go a little and get on with my own life, things have been put into perspective and made much more clearer to understand.
I have throw myself at this fund raising event in memory of dad and to keep his candle burning so to speak and we done a fantastic job, just as he would of, he would be just so proud of us all and it is a another great thing to remember him dad by.....I have wonderful memories of a wonderful man and thank you all.

Nice going Grant!

PS. Your wife is a stunningly beautiful woman.
On a scale of 10, she's a 12.
Does she have any sisters (that smile like her) that are single?
You are one fortunate guy!

(I sent you a email)
