Mono 38.5 bent fork tube

I need the top 7-8 inches of a mono fork tube (38.5mm dia) with the top bolt/cap. I'm going to make some parts to replace the stock ones. I need the top of the tube with threads and bolts/nuts in tact. The rest can be cut off. There are two different setups in those years and need them both.
