This is for the discussion of Motorcycling. The art, the science, the theory of all things related to our favorite sport... riding motorcycles.

Is there a reason for this ban? I mean, one that makes any sense on this planet?
Ask the Indians what happens when you don't control immigration.

I imagine the reason is: old motor vehicles pollute the air much more than newer ones. Perhaps they don't want Beijing-style air quality.

I spent a couple of days in Paris 30 some years ago. Total waist of time for me. Since I have no plans on returning, they can ban what ever they want.

Every once in a while something happens to completely excuse me for my otherwise unacceptable prejudice against the French.
Thank you, Mayor.

I am looking forward to riding in Paris in early July. I love that city. do that on a scooter if need be but do have a friend who is floating me a decent R80. I are going to enjoy the ride at 3 in the morning racing through the empty streets like some kind of Hollywood big spy film. I will bring my contour so there will be a bragging video. It is one of the biggies on my small bucket list.
I always brake in corners and think how I am going to get home if I really mess up. When I get home, I wished that I hadn't used my brakes and should have ridden a bit further.

What! Fox news made it up? No! Say it isn't so. Who's a person to believe now, Fox News or Huffington Post?
Ken, without a political compass in Oklahoma.
