The actual turnover happened in the middle of an intersection in the community of Crabtree, Oregon, which is why I couldn't stop right there and get a picture of 0.00. Also, when it turned over it started showing hundredths of miles again, which it stopped doing when I first went over 10,000 miles.
This is on my R65, which had about 20,000 miles on it when I bought it. Now I'm trying to make a list of maintenance stuff I need to do, besides swap out those worn Pilot Actives.

Re: Before and after pictures
I had to go back and look at the first picture to see if the decimal point had vanished and indeed it had. 100,000 is much more impressive than 1,000.00 37 degrees is a little cool for my tastes. I recognize the time. What are the other numbers?

Re: Before and after pictures
I was in my Olympia Phantom suit with the liner, so I was plenty warm. I didn't even have my Moose grip warmers turned on, though I did that morning. Those things are turning me into a big pansy.
The 77.9 is, um, the max speed so far since my last re-set, which I re-set every time I fill up. I don't remember when or why I was going that fast, but I'm sure I thought it was safe at the time. Meaning no cops saw me.
That 326.something must be total accumulated hours on the bike, which of course means since I installed that speedometer. I fixed to odometer to reflect the true mileage but I don't use the hours displays. My normal view with that speedometer shows current speed, accumulated miles since my reset (on that tank of gas), time, and hours since the reset. Oh and it shows the engine speed, which is some default since I never bothered to try to connect a temp sensor. The spark plugs and head bolts are too far from the speedo for the wire to reach. I recently installed a similar speedometer, that superseded the Vector, on my Triumph and did connect the sensor to one of my head bolts. But I haven't run that bike yet. I reset that speedometer to 96,000 miles which is where my records show it should be. That's probably the only advantage of a 100 mile daily commute -- it makes record keeping easy when the odometers crap out.
There's no tach on the computers I bought, though Trail Tech makes one that has it. I don't feel any need for one.

Excuse me, but I fail to understand the issue being shown. What it this thread about?
Ask the Indians what happens when you don't control immigration.

Oh Duane, what is any thread about on Boxerworks, given our collective penchant for thread degradation?Duane Ausherman wrote:Excuse me, but I fail to understand the issue being shown. What it this thread about?

It's the first one for me, on a motorcycle anyway. Though my Triumph is pretty close.
