Gidday,

I'm keen to start this bike, but with the wrong handlebars that came with the bike and the cables/controls not reaching etc, plus the PO has still not sent me the keys, original bars, clutch cable plus side covers etc, its a little difficult to fire up the engine, would love to here it run, that's if it runs

Gidday Fellas,

What bloody winter vortex!! was meant to be some sort of freezing weather blow by this weekend but I never felt a thing in the workshop :?

Gearbox removed today for preventative maintenance plus I am right there and just as well because the spline although in very good shape was dry with slight surface rust showing etc, I quickly fixed that with new Honda Moly then I cleaned up the flywheel housing and removed the resident spider and his extended family, plus I serviced and cleaned the clutch arm and bearings etc then re-installed with using anti-seize copper grease and torqued it all back up, oh and I also hit the outside casing of the gearbox with a small wire wheel and WD40 which brought it up like new again so next the engine casing will be getting the treatment back I have to find some smaller wire wheels for the job but the process is very easy..
Many thanks and I post when some new happens.. Cheers

Well you don't want to keep playing the same tune over and over.
